Where are your goods shipped from?
Your goods will be shipped from our third-party logistics partner in Poland.
Can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive shipping information, including a tracking number where you can track the status of your delivery. You can expect your items to be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order on business days.

Payment
Payment to Current Account:
To pay for your order to a checking account, you need to follow the steps below:
- Place an order on our website and select the option to pay by current account.
- After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation containing information about our bank details.
- Transfer the order amount to the specified current account within the specified timeframe.
- Once payment is received, we will process your order and send you a notification about its readiness and delivery.
Payment via PayU service:
We offer the option to pay for orders through the PayU payment system.
To use this option, you need to:
- Complete your order on our website and select the option to pay via PayU.
- Select the appropriate payment method from the available options such as credit or debit cards, e-wallets and other available payment methods.
- Go to the PayU payment page and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of the completed transaction and will be notified when your order is ready and delivered.
