Warranty period
Peresvit products come with a warranty of 3 to 6 months, depending on the product category. The exact warranty period is specified on each product page.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers key elements responsible for the durability and performance of the product:
- seam strength;
- material integrity;
- reliability of internal padding;
- print durability (sublimation, discharge printing);
- durability of hardware and fastenings.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused during use:
- normal wear, including colour fading, loss of elasticity, and minor pilling;
- prints made using screen printing or heat transfer methods;
- mechanical damage (scratches, cuts, tears);
- damage caused by improper use.
Warranty service for padding is provided only in the case of a significant defect that limits normal use of the product for its intended purpose.
Warranty conditions
Warranty service is provided only for orders placed on the official website: peresvitbrand.com.
In case of a defect, you need to:
- contact us;
- complete a claim form;
- provide the defective product and proof of purchase.
After reviewing your request, our team will contact you with further instructions.
The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty service in cases of improper use.
Exchange and return
If the product does not fit or meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping costs for exchange or return are covered by the customer.
To be eligible for exchange or return, please make sure that:
- the product has not been used and shows no signs of wear;
- the product is complete;
- the packaging is intact;
- all tags and labels are preserved.
Exchange and return do not apply to personal hygiene items:
- underwear;
- socks;
