1. How do I place an order on the website?

To place an order on the website, add the items you need to your basket, proceed to checkout, fill in your contact and address details, and choose a convenient payment method (PayU or bank transfer). After confirming your order, you will receive an email with payment information and details about further order processing.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments using two main methods. You can pay for your order through the PayU payment system (bank cards, e-wallets and other available methods) or make a bank transfer to our account. You will receive the bank details after placing your order.

3. How do I pay through PayU?

To pay for your order through PayU, select PayU as your payment method during checkout and confirm your order. You will then be redirected to the PayU page, where you can choose a convenient payment method (bank card, e-wallet, etc.), follow the system instructions, and after a successful payment you will receive a transaction confirmation and a notification about your order being prepared for delivery.

4. Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, you can pay for your order by bank transfer to our account. During checkout, select "Payment to account" as your payment method, receive confirmation with our bank details, transfer the order amount within the specified timeframe, and we will then process your order and notify you about its dispatch. If you have any questions or problems with payment, please contact our customer support team via the Contacts page, and we will be happy to help.

5. Is VAT included in the product price?

Yes, all prices on the Peresvit website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) for the respective EU country. When you proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address, the system will automatically apply the correct VAT rate for your country in accordance with EU e-commerce regulations. You will see the final price including VAT before you confirm your order.

6. What currencies do you accept?

We accept payments in any currency through the PayU payment system. Product prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR), but if you pay in a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the amount at your bank's exchange rate. If you need information about currency conversion or have questions about paying in a different currency, please contact our customer support team at info@peresvitbrand.eu.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order, but only before it is dispatched from the warehouse.

Here's how to do it:

  1. As soon as possible, write to us at info@peresvitbrand.eu with your order number and a description of what needs to be changed (size, colour, quantity, or cancellation).
  2. We will respond as quickly as possible — orders are dispatched within 48 hours, so it's important to write as soon as you can.
  3. If your order has already been dispatched, you can use your right to return it within 30 days (see the return policy).

Tip: If you need to change the size or colour, write to us immediately after placing your order so we can make the changes before dispatch.

Delivery
8. Where are the products shipped from?

Products are shipped from Poland, from the warehouse of our third-party logistics partner. Deliveries across Europe are made through InPost (PostMat, PostPoint and courier), so delivery times and costs depend on the chosen method and your region.

9. What countries do you deliver to (including Switzerland, Norway, UK)?

The list of countries available for delivery is displayed during checkout when you select your delivery country. To find out if we deliver to your country (including the UK, Switzerland or Norway), start placing an order and open the countries dropdown list in the delivery form.

10. What's the difference between InPost and courier delivery, and when should I choose each?

InPost delivery includes several options for receiving your order and differs from standard courier delivery in format and convenience. You can choose delivery to a PostMat (InPost locker), a PostPoint pickup point, or courier delivery to your address.

PostMat and PostPoint are convenient if you prefer to pick up your parcel at any time, while courier delivery is best if you want your order delivered directly to your specified address.

11. How do I get free delivery?

To get free delivery, place an order for a total of €90 or more. If your order exceeds €90, delivery to your address will automatically be calculated as free during checkout.

12. What are the delivery times to different EU countries?

Exact delivery times depend on your destination country and the delivery method via InPost (PostMat, PostPoint or courier). After placing your order and selecting a delivery method, you will be able to see estimated delivery times on the carrier's website. You will also receive this information in an email with your tracking number after your order is dispatched.

13. How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch your orders quickly: typically, goods are handed over to the delivery service within 48 hours of placing your order on business days. After dispatch, you will receive a notification and a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

14. How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with delivery information that includes a tracking number. Using this tracking number, you will be able to monitor your parcel's delivery status in the system of your chosen carrier (InPost or courier service) until it is delivered.

15. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived or is lost?

If your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, first check the tracking number in your delivery information email. Sometimes parcels are delayed or left with neighbours. Give it a bit more time to arrive.

If the parcel cannot be found:

  1. Contact our customer support team — write to us at info@peresvitbrand.eu with your order number and tracking number.
  2. We will investigate with InPost courier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  3. Your rights: According to EU consumer rights, if your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, you have the right to:
  • have the item redelivered with a new timeframe, or
  • receive a full refund.

We treat such cases as a priority and will offer either to resend the item or refund your money.

Returns and Exchanges
16. How do I return or exchange a product?

If a product doesn't suit you due to size or other characteristics, you can exchange or return it within one month from the date of purchase without providing a reason. To do this, contact us by email, submit a return or exchange request, and send the item at your own expense, ensuring that it has not been used, is fully packaged, the packaging is intact, and all labels and factory markings are preserved.

17. What is the return period?

The return and exchange period for Peresvit products is one month from the date of purchase.

Conditions for return:

  • the product has not been used and shows no signs of wear;
  • the product is fully packaged and the packaging is intact;
  • all labels and factory markings are preserved.

Please contact us before sending the parcel back to agree on the details of the return or exchange.

18. Who pays for return shipping?

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. However, if the product contains a manufacturing defect, is damaged due to the store's fault, or was sent by mistake, Peresvit will cover the return shipping costs.

In such cases, contact our customer support team at info@peresvitbrand.eu and describe the problem in detail. We will review your situation and offer a solution, including reimbursement of return costs if necessary.

19. Can I return a product if I live in another EU country?

Yes, the return and exchange rules are the same for all EU countries. You can return or exchange a product within one month from the date of purchase, regardless of which EU country you live in.

The return conditions remain the same:

  • the product has not been used and shows no signs of wear;
  • the product is fully packaged and the packaging is intact;
  • all labels and factory markings are preserved.

Before sending the parcel back, contact us at info@peresvitbrand.eu to agree on the return details. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product has a defect or was sent by mistake.

20. Which products cannot be returned?

Some products cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. These include underwear, socks, mouthguards, hand wraps, supportive bandages, groin protection shells, and gloves.

21. What should I do if my product has a defect?

If you receive a defective product, contact us by email and submit a return or exchange request. In this case, we will review your request under our warranty terms and exchange and return policy and help you find a solution, whether that's replacing the product or refunding your money.

Warranty
22. What warranty do Peresvit products have?

When you purchase Peresvit products, you receive a warranty of 3 to 6 months, depending on the product category; the specific warranty period is listed on the page of each model separately.

23. What does the warranty cover?

Peresvit's warranty covers key quality aspects of the product. We provide warranty for:

  • seam strength on garments;
  • material integrity;
  • reliability of inner padding;
  • prints (sublimation and etching);
  • reliability of hardware and fasteners.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product: prints (screen printing, heat transfer), acceptable reduction in functional properties, preservation of elastic in its original condition, or the appearance of minor pilling. The warranty also does not cover mechanical damage, such as scratches and tears.

24. How do I file a warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim, first contact our online store by email and describe the details of the problem with the product. After your request, you will receive and complete a special warranty service application, and after it is reviewed, a manager will contact you to explain the next steps.

25. Where can I find the size chart?

You can find the size chart on our special Size guide page. Additionally, a link to the size chart is available on the page of each product — in the Size guide section next to the size selection, as well as in the gallery in the product card.

26. How do I choose the right size for boxing gloves / MMA gloves?

You can view the size chart for Peresvit boxing gloves and MMA gloves directly on the product page or in the Size guide section on the website. If you still have doubts about choosing the right size, it's best to write to us on Telegram or WhatsApp — we'll help you find exactly what suits you.

27. Are Peresvit products authentic?

Yes. All products on the website are authentic Peresvit brand products, created and developed by the company itself, not by third-party manufacturers. Peresvit is a Ukrainian brand that independently designs equipment for MMA, boxing and BJJ, tests it with professional athletes, and releases it under its own name.

28. What languages does customer support speak?

Peresvit customer support responds in several languages. Communication via messenger and email is conducted in English.

29. How do I contact customer support?

You can contact Peresvit customer support in several ways:

30. Are there showrooms in Europe?

Currently, Peresvit does not have its own showrooms in Europe where you can visit, try on equipment and make purchases in person. We will post information about the opening of an offline store or showroom on the website and on social media.

31. How do I care for Peresvit products?

It's important to care for Peresvit products carefully, following the care labels on each item:

Clothing (t-shirts, shorts, rashguards):

  • Wash at temperatures up to 30°C on a delicate cycle.
  • Do not use chlorine-based bleach.
  • Do not dry on a radiator or in a dryer; air dry instead.
  • Do not iron at high temperatures; for rashguards, ironing is usually not recommended.

Equipment (gloves, protective gear, etc.):

  • Wipe the surface with a damp cloth or tissue after each workout.
  • Dry in a well-ventilated place; do not leave in a closed sports bag for long periods.
  • If needed, use special disinfectant products designed for sports equipment.

Detailed care instructions are always provided on the label and in the product card, so it's best to check them carefully before your first wash or cleaning. 32. How do I create an account on the website?

You can create an account on the Peresvit website in two ways.

1. Via the login page

  1. Click "Log in" at the top of the website.
  2. Below the login form, click the "Sign up" link.
  3. Fill in the fields: first name, last name, email, password and confirm password.
  4. Confirm that you are not a robot (reCAPTCHA) and click the "Sign up" button.

After registration, you will be able to: view your order history and repeat orders, save delivery addresses and contacts, add products to your Wish List, and participate in the loyalty program.

2. During checkout

When placing an order, you can create an account by entering your email and password in the corresponding fields — your order will be linked to your new account, and your details will be saved for future purchases.

33. How do I use a promo code during checkout?

If you have a promo code, enter it in the special field during checkout and click "Apply". After this, the promo code discount will be calculated and displayed in the final order total before you confirm your order.

34. Do you have a program for coaches, clubs and academies?

Yes, we have a special program for coaches, clubs and sports academies with individual discounts and benefits.
