Good afternoon, Serhiy. To start cooking, first fill the pot with 7–10 water, then bring it to a boil. Also, prepare a separate container with cold water large enough to hold the cap. Once the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat and let the water cool for 30 seconds. Then, dip the cap into the hot water for 30 seconds. Remove the mouthguard and hold it in the air for 10 seconds to let it cool. Next, lick your lips (so the mouthguard doesn’t stick to them), and while looking in the mirror, insert the mouthguard into your mouth and center it. Press it gently—first against your side teeth, then against your front teeth. Move your lower jaw slightly forward and upward, and clench your teeth. Press your fingers against your cheeks and lips. Hold the mouthguard in this position for 20 seconds. Then remove the mouthguard and cool it in a container of cold water for 30 seconds. After that, you can put it back in your mouth and check the fit. If the mouthguard fits your teeth properly, repeat the previous steps from the beginning.
